• O NAMA

Since its foundation in 2008, Agency NANA S.V. It became the first licensed private organization for the provision of social care services – help at home to the elderly in Serbia, with a mission to influence changes in the way of aging, supporting independence, dignity and healthy habits in the daily activities of the elderly. Since 2020, they have been providing fire protection services with the hiring of a licensed officer to perform this service. Since its establishment, NANA has provided support to more than 2,000 members of the elderly population, while in recent years they have been providing services in over 400 elderly households.

• ŠTA PROIZVODIMO?

Agency NANA provides services of geronto-homemakers to users, as well as education and counseling in connection with self-employment and starting a business in this area, in order to influence the creation of the necessary and improved quality for users.

• KAKO DOPRINOSIMO DRUŠTVU?

The home help service implemented by the NANA agency is almost a rare case in the social and health care system in Serbia, and much needed. Through the home help service, the independence and autonomy of the elderly is nurtured, and the experience of aging is made more humane and proactive. As a provider of social services, this social enterprise has developed a system of cooperation with local self-governments in Serbia, which provide users with „free“ social services through the public procurement system – NANA is financed from the local self-government budget, which makes these much-needed services completely free for users.
