The kvART creative studio was founded in 2008 by the Organization for the Protection of Rights and Support for Women with Disabilities, who are also victims of violence and discrimination “IZ KRUGA – Belgrade”. The establishment of the social enterprise kvART provides a basis for contributing to the realization of the mission of the organization “IZ KRUGA – Belgrade”, which is to support women with disabilities to get out of the vicious cycle of violence. kvART’s business includes graphic design, illustration, sublimation printing and animation services, which are worked on by experienced graphic designers and web developers, as well as women who are supported through the employment program.
KvART provides services: graphic design, illustration, sublimation printing (T-shirts, shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, bags, etc.) and animation.
Social enterprise kvART achieves social impact by enabling the employment of a multiple marginalized group of women: women with disabilities who are victims of violence and discrimination. Through training and employment at kvART, women acquire competencies that provide them with financial empowerment, but also further professional development and complete integration into the labor market. In addition, kvART invests part of the profit back for the development and implementation of the program of the “IZ KRUGA – Belgrade” organization.
