In 2013, Printing house Djukic and Elixir Group and the “Humano srce Šabac” foundation, finding a solution to the unemployment problem of people with disabilities and with the help of an informal group of enthusiasts, launched the “Grafički centar Nova” initiative. Graphic Center Nova becomes a social enterprise that provides printing and printing services and employs people with disabilities.

• ŠTA PROIZVODIMO?

Graphic center Nova provides the following services: 1. Screen printing; 2. Tampon strains; 3. Digital printing; 4. Offset printing; 5. Laser engravings; 6. Dry stamp; 7. Sublimation; 8. HTZ equipment; 9. Preparations for the press. In addition, the graphic center Nova manufactures and sells a wide range of products to which new techniques, possibilities, ideas, knowledge, and experience in printing have been applied: souvenirs, wood, glass, textiles, and porcelain.

• KAKO DOPRINOSIMO DRUŠTVU?

Graphic center Nova functions as a company for professional rehabilitation and employment of people with disabilities. In 2013, 5 people with disabilities were employed, and in 2021, that number would increase to 17 employees with disabilities. The way in which Nova recruits involves the improvement of working conditions and careful listening to the needs and possibilities of employees/users.
