The story begins with the personal struggle of a social entrepreneur, with serious health problems due to gluten intolerance – celiac disease. GluteNo is then created as a social enterprise with the aim of enabling people who have a problem with eating to more easily get the supplies they need but also to promote the use of gluten-free food as a healthier way of eating.
GluteNo products: pizzas and pizzas without lactose, sandwiches without lactose, pasta and gnocchi, bread and sweets. All products are gluten-free.
The goal of the social enterprise GluteNo is to create an offer of gluten-free dough products at affordable prices in order to promote a healthy diet and help those who fight with celiac disease.
