Members of the Diesis Network – EU network specialized in supporting the development of the social economy and social enterprises – gathered at a joint workshop on 11 February 2020 in Brussels.
The Association Coalition for the Solidarity Economy Development, as a new member of the Diesis Network, was presented by Jelena Andjelic (Program Coordinator of one of the founding organizations of the Association CoSED – Initiative for Development and Cooperation).
The joint workshop provided the network members with introduction, exchange of experiences and success stories of cooperation within the Diesis network, joint consideration of the Diesis network framework for 2020-2030, including Sustainable Development Goals and future directions (including social innovation, digitalization and social economy, interstate and cross-sectoral cooperation), and information about the future of social economy in the company of European Commission representatives Patrick Klein from DG Grow and Risto Raivio from DG EMPL.
